Fueled by his passion for the role that organizational transformation plays in achieving strategic business goals, Keita has had an extensive HR practice career and has worked with executive management to bring boardroom strategies to life at all levels of the organization. He had developed and implemented integrated learning, development and performance management solutions that address strategic goals and business challenges, obtain commitment to strategy, contribute to effective implementation and manage organizational change.
At IBM, he was awarded as one of the best consultants for finance in 2015, 2016 and 2019.
Prior to his current role, Keita, with his change management capability, spent three years working as a talent acquisition manager in charge of all the companies in IBM Japan and IBM Japan itself, and led 20 members. He integrated processes and operations aligned with a global model, led acquisition system, and transformed its hiring approach to direct sourcing. As a result, he had doubled the number of hiring and the efficiency of recruiters (from 25 hires per a recruiter to 43 hires).
Keita holds an economics degree from Waseda University and is working on his Ph.D. at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
